Europe
- For every order we charge 15€ flat fee per item.

- Orders are delivered via our affiliate courier: DHL

Rest of the world
- For every order we charge 20€ flat fee per item.

- Orders are delivered via our affiliate courier: DHL

Greece
- For every order we charge 8€ flat fee per item.

- Orders are delivered via our affiliate couriers: ELTA Courrier or our driver partners (Athens only).

#Your order will be dispatched in 3-5 business days.

Returns

 

- We hope you love your Dear August. But if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, it’s super simple to return with our 30-day returns policy.

- Within 30 days of receiving your Dear August, simply send back the items that you want to return and we will replace them or refund the amount you paid for the item.

- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse

Taxes and Customs

- Delivery to EU addresses isn't subject to customs or import charges.

- For deliveries outside the EU, you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

- We have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
